Background
Each month, Reese Witherspoon (and book-lover-in-chief) chooses a book with a woman at the centre of the story. The goal is to inspire the next gen of women to be the heroes of their own stories.
The values align perfectly with what E.L.F is all about. Uplifting others and creating a safe space for women to be celebrated and empowered.
Solution
To celebrate the partnership between e.l.f UP and Reeses book club and Hello Sunshine, we wanted to find a way to encourage younger generations to start reading about these amazing books written by amazing women.
Within the world of e.l.f UP we created a unique mission where the player has to help Abby James and Draper Witherspoon find the missing books. Players can unlock special Roblux outfits, and custom items exclusive to the game.
To celebrate Gamer in Chief for e.l.f YOU Anna, hosted the girls on Twitch to talk through makeup, the exclusive mission and everything else in between.
